Managing Workspaces and Projects (Websites)

Learn how to manage workspaces and projects, invite users, and use quick actions like duplicating, renaming, and deleting projects.

Workspaces Overview

  • Workspaces are containers for projects (websites). Each workspace can have multiple projects.

  • A workspace is automatically created for all users after sign-up.

  • A user can only have one workspace associated with their email and cannot create additional workspaces.

Accessing your Workspace

To access your workspace:

  1. Click the Scene icon in the top-left corner and select "Back to All Projects."

  2. You’ll land on the Workspace screen, where all available projects will be listed.

In the project screen, you'll see a list of all your projects. There’s also a search bar at the top to quickly locate any project.

Creating a New Project (Website)

To create a new project:

  1. Click the “Create” button in the top-right corner of the Workspace screen.

  2. Enter a name for your project (website).

  3. Hit “Create,” and you'll be directed to the canvas of your newly created project (website).

Quick Actions for Projects (Websites)

You can access quick actions by clicking the three dots on a project card:

  • Edit in canvas – Opens the project’s canvas for editing.

  • Duplicate – Creates a copy of the project, including all settings.

  • Rename – Allows you to rename the project.

  • Delete project – Permanently deletes the project.

Note: You can switch between grid and list display options on the project screen.

Inviting Users to Your Workspace

To invite users to your workspace:

  1. Click "Invite" in the top-right portion of the screen.

  2. A modal will appear—enter the email of the invitee.

  3. Select a role for the invitee:

    • Editor – Can edit projects within the workspace.

    • Viewer – Can only view the projects.

  4. You can add additional users by clicking "+ Add Member."

  5. Hit "Invite" to send the invitation. The users will be added to your workspace.

Workspace Panel Overview

The left panel of the Workspace screen includes the following sections:

  • Search field – Search for projects available to you.

  • Recent – Displays recently accessed projects.

  • Shared with me – Shows projects that were shared with you, without sharing the entire workspace.

  • Workspaces – All accessible workspaces shared with you are listed here.

Workspace Settings

To access workspace settings:

  1. From the top-right portion of the screen, next to the Create and Invite buttons.

  2. Or from the workspace list on the left panel—hover over the workspace name and click “Settings.”

In the workspace settings, you can:

  • Change the workspace name.

  • Manage the workspace members (add, remove, or change their roles).
