Collaboration

Learn how to collaborate on your web project with invites, comments, notes, and images.

Updated this week

Inviting collaborators to your Web project

To collaborate, invite others to your project:

  1. Click Share in the top-right corner

  2. Invite by email or copy a shareable link

  3. Choose who can access: invited users only, or anyone with the link

Once someone joins, their avatar appears top-right. All active collaborators show up there in real time.

When someone edits a block, you'll see their name and an "editing" label above it. The block stays locked until they deselect it.

Note: Regenerating wireframes with AI replaces any existing ones. You'll get a warning before anything is overwritten.

Commenting

To add a comment:

  • Press "C" and click anywhere on the canvas, or

  • Click the comment icon in the quick actions panel.

Tag others using "@" in your comments. They’ll receive an email notification.

Comments show up right on the canvas with the commenter’s avatar, starting a thread. Click the checkmark to mark it as resolved once feedback is handled.

You can also:
– Resolve the thread
– Mark it as unread
– Delete it

Note: You can edit or delete your own comments via the menu next to your name.

Notes

To add a note:

– Press N and click anywhere on the canvas
– Or use the note icon in the quick actions panel

You can move notes freely and use them like stickies for reminders or ideas.

Right-click a note to:
Copy link and share it with others
Bring forward or send back to adjust layering
Delete to remove it from the canvas
