Inviting collaborators to your Web project

To start collaborating, you need to invite others to your web project. Follow these steps:

  1. Share your Project: Click "Share" in the top-right corner of your screen.

  2. Invite via Email: Enter your collaborator's email to send them an invite link directly.

  3. Shareable Link: You can also copy a link and share it with them manually.

You can control whether only invited users can access the project or if anyone with the link can join.

Once your collaborator signs in, you'll see their avatar appear in the top-right corner. All active collaborators are displayed as avatars.

When a collaborator starts editing a block, their name and "editing" status will be displayed above the block. This block will be locked for other collaborators until it is deselected.

Note: If you regenerate wireframes using Muse while existing wireframes are on the canvas, they will be replaced. A warning message will appear to prevent accidental overwriting.

Commenting

To add a comment:

  • Press "C" and click anywhere on the canvas, or

  • Click the comment icon in the quick actions panel.

Tag others using "@" in your comments. They’ll receive an email notification.

Comments appear directly on the canvas with the commenter’s avatar, starting a threaded discussion. Once feedback is addressed, click the checkmark to close the thread.

You can also:

  • Resolve the comment

  • Mark as unread

  • Delete the thread

Note: You can edit or delete your own comments by clicking the options next to your name in the comment thread.

Notes

To add a note:

  • Press "N" and click anywhere on the canvas, or

  • Click the note icon in the quick actions panel.

You can move notes freely on the canvas and use them as sticky notes for reminders or ideas.

Right-click a note to:

  • Copy Link: Share a specific note with collaborators by copying its link.

  • Layering: Bring the note forward or send it to the back to layer elements on the canvas.

  • Delete: Remove the note by selecting "Delete."

Note: Muse AI can also generate notes for you. Click "Create as notes" in the Muse Chat window to automatically generate notes.

Images

To add an image on the canvas:

  • Press "I" and click anywhere on the canvas, or

  • Click the image icon in the quick actions panel.

Then, select the image from your computer. You can resize images on the canvas. To delete an image, simply press "delete" or "backspace."
