When you sign up, you automatically begin a 7-day free trial of our highest-tier Agency plan (no credit card required).

You can check your plan status by visiting the Workspace page (see this article for more info on Workspaces) and checking these possible locations:

The trial automatically ends after 7 days and you'll be taken to the screen where where you can choose a specific Workspace plan.

When your trial ends (or if you want to upgrade sooner), you can do so by opening the Workspace settings, scrolling to the "Plans and Billing" section, and clicking “Upgrade now.” Alternatively, you can click "Upgrade plan" in the bottom-left side of the Workspace screen.

You'll be taken to a screen where you can choose a specific Workspace plan.

After selecting ani paid plan, you'll be directed to our payment provider to enter your card details, and the paid plan will begin immediately.

Currently, you can upgrade from the Free plan to the Starter or Professional plan. However, upgrading from Professional to Agency is not yet available.

Downgrading is not yet available. The only way to downgrade is to cancel your current plan and then select a new plan.

To cancel your subscription, go to the Workspace settings and click “Manage subscription.” This will open a page with our payment provider, where you can complete the cancellation process.
