Learn about 7-day trial, upgrading/downgrading your Workspace plan, and cancelling your subscription.

Free Trial

When you sign up, you automatically begin a 7-day free trial of our highest-tier Agency plan (no credit card required).

You can check your plan status by visiting the Workspace page (see this article for more info on Workspaces) and checking these possible locations:

  • Next to the Workspace name

  • In the Workspace settings

  • Bottom of the left panel (applies to Trial plan only)

The trial automatically ends after 7 days and you'll be taken to the screen where where you can choose a specific Workspace plan.

Workspace Plans

When your trial ends (or if you want to upgrade sooner), you can do so by opening the Workspace settings, scrolling to the "Plans and Billing" section, and clicking “Upgrade now.”

You'll be taken to a screen where you can choose a specific Workspace plan.

After selecting either the Professional or Agency plan, you'll be directed to our payment provider to enter your card details, and the paid plan will begin immediately.

Upgrading or Downgrading the Workspace Plan

Currently, upgrading or downgrading your plan is not available directly through the platform. To upgrade or downgrade, please contact our support team via [email protected].

Cancelling the Workspace Plan

To cancel your subscription, go to the Workspace settings and click “Manage subscription.” This will open a page with our payment provider, where you can complete the cancellation process.
